Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update data in company systems
• Verify data for completeness and correctness
• Review scanned documents for data extraction
• Maintain organized digital records
• Communicate discrepancies to supervisors
• Adhere to data privacy and security protocols
• Meet daily and weekly productivity targets
• Prepare reports based on entered data

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: At least 12th grade completed; Graduation preferred
• Experience: 0 to 2 years in data entry or similar roles; Freshers welcome
• Typing Speed: Minimum 30-40 words per minute with good accuracy
• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Google Workspace, emails, and internet browsing
• Language: Good English skills; knowledge of local languages is a plus
• Work Setup: Personal computer or laptop with a stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps)
• Work Hours: Flexible shifts – Full-time (8 hours) or Part-time (4–6 hours)
