Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) is a unique initiative designed to provide BCA and BSc graduates the opportunity to pursue higher education (M.Tech) from a premier institution while working full-time at Wipro. The M.Tech degree is fully sponsored by Wipro, offering both career and academic growth simultaneously.
This initiative allows candidates to gain hands-on experience in live projects and real-time IT infrastructure, supported by Wipro’s advanced tech ecosystem and training resources.

Eligibility Criteria
Education Requirements
- 10th Standard: Pass
- 12th Standard: Pass
- Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA as per university norms
- Core Mathematics is mandatory in graduation. Applied and Business Maths will not be considered.
Degree Streams Accepted
- Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Physics
Additional Eligibility
- Maximum 3 years of education gap between 10th and graduation
- No gaps during graduation; it should be completed within 3 years
- Open school or distance education is permitted only for 10th and 12th
- No active backlogs at the time of selection
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Should be an Indian Citizen or hold a PIO/OCI card
- Bhutan and Nepal nationals must submit citizenship certificates
- Candidates who attended any Wipro selection in the last 3 months are not eligible
Compensation and Benefits
Stipend Structure
- 1st Year: ₹15,000 + ₹488 (ESI) + ₹75,000 joining bonus
- 2nd Year: ₹17,000 + ₹553 (ESI)
- 3rd Year: ₹19,000 + ₹618 (ESI)
- 4th Year: ₹23,000
Selection Process
Online Assessment (Total Duration: 80 minutes)
- Verbal Ability – 20 questions (20 minutes)
- Analytical Ability – 20 questions (20 minutes)
- Quantitative Aptitude – 20 questions (20 minutes)
- Written Communication Test – 1 essay (20 minutes)
