Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage claims related to Property & Casualty Insurance
- Perform accurate data entry using MS Office tools
- Assist in documentation, verification, and claims tracking
- Resolve customer queries and issues with professionalism
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with the team to optimize workflows
- Monitor claim statuses and generate performance reports
- Participate in regular training and process improvements
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and ensure clarity
- Support the team’s overall business goals
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Auto Insurance or P&C Insurance is a plus
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Certification in MS Office (mandatory)
- Certification in Property & Casualty Insurance (preferred but not required)
