Job Description – Software Engineer (Freshers):

• Design and develop scalable software solutions using Java EE and related technologies.
• Participate in use-case-based solution architecture and technical evaluation.
• Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and feature development.
• Conduct testing, documentation, and optimization of code.
• Propose modern enhancements in solution architecture for performance and quality.
• Ensure compliance with Visa’s coding standards, security protocols, and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in one or more of the following: Java, C/C++, Python, C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Objective-C.
• Experience or understanding of object-oriented design, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Familiarity with test-driven development and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated, and matrix-driven environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
• 0–1.5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong foundation in programming, systems design, and application development.
