Job Description:
Amazon India’s AMZL OTR Capacity Planning team in Bengaluru is hiring fresh graduates for the role of Program Analyst. This position focuses on optimizing last-mile delivery through data-driven decision-making, process automation, and capacity planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and improve processes to enhance consumer experience
- Plan and execute automation projects within the team
- Work with big data using SQL, Amazon S3, QuickSight, Python scripts, and macros to create dashboards and actionable insights
- Develop scalable processes to minimize supply chain losses and address plan vs actual gaps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions
- Use strong analytical and communication skills to influence business and technical teams
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R scripting, and advanced Excel
- Strong understanding of data mining and analytical functions
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in logistics and supply chain
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Amazon QuickSight
