Key Responsibilities:
- Design and plan end-to-end international telecom networks.
- Collaborate with product/device teams for seamless 4G, 3G, 2G roaming integration.
- Validate requirements for AAA, billing, provisioning, and performance systems.
- Support technical proposals for network deployment and upgrades.
- Evaluate service provider performance and capabilities.
- Analyze and troubleshoot network issues and provide solutions.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Skills Required:
