Job Description:

Mphasis is looking for talented and motivated fresh graduates for the Junior Trainee position at its Pune location. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates to begin their career journey in the IT and finance domain with a reputed company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Complete allocated premium processing tasks accurately and within deadlines.
• Raise queries to Senior Technicians when necessary for task completion.
• Engage actively in personal development and training programs.
• Meet defined service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Comply with company policies, audit requirements, and risk management practices.
• Successfully complete mandatory training and assessment exercises.

Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of accounting and financial concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

Eligibility Criteria:

• A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (any stream).
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Must have basic technical knowledge and willingness to work in the finance/IT domain.
