Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and manage Linux, Windows, and Mac operating systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networking
- Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and availability
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement secure and scalable infrastructure
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control
- Assist in configuring RAID, LVM, routers, and Wi-Fi access points
Preferred Skills:
- Linux, Networking, and Hardware knowledge
- DNS, DHCP, LDAP setup
- Email configuration in Thunderbird and Outlook
- RAID and LVM setup experience
- IP tables and firewall rules
- Router/Wi-Fi configuration
- Network troubleshooting and support
Preferred Certifications (Not Mandatory):
- RHCSA / RHCE
- CCNA
