Job Description

As a Program Analyst, you will be a key part of Amazon’s AMZL OTR Capacity Planning team. Your role will focus on improving last-mile delivery by:

• Writing SQL queries and Python scripts to analyze large datasets
• Building reports and dashboards using Excel and visualization tools
• Automating processes to reduce errors and increase efficiency
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as business, operations, and technology
• Tracking performance and suggesting improvements
• Developing creative solutions to optimize supply chain operations

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of SQL for complex data manipulation
• Basic to intermediate Python scripting skills
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Amazon QuickSight
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills to explain technical data insights clearly
• Attention to detail and ability to take ownership of assigned tasks

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 4 years of experience are eligible
• Internship or hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain, or analytics is a plus
• Master’s degree holders can also apply
