About the Role – IT Infrastructure Management (SIM Program)
Wipro is hiring diploma graduates through its School for IT Infrastructure Management (SIM) program. This unique initiative enables candidates to pursue a BTech in Information Systems (sponsored by Wipro) while working full-time. The program equips freshers with both academic knowledge and hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- 10th & 12th: Minimum 50%
- Diploma: Minimum 60%
- Eligible Streams:
- Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Telecommunication, Electrical, Computer Engineering, ECE, etc.
- Batch: 2023, 2024, 2025
- Education Type: Full-time and regular (No part-time/correspondence)
- Other Requirements:
- Max 1 active backlog at time of assessment
- Max 3-year education gap allowed (between 10th and diploma)
- Indian citizens or candidates with PIO/OCI status can apply
Stipend Details
- 1st Year: ₹12,400/month
- 2nd Year: ₹15,488/month
- 3rd Year: ₹17,553/month
- 4th Year: ₹19,618/month
